MIND CALM MEDITATION
MIND CALM uses simple techniques to bring your awareness back to the present moment, where life is happening. They promote a series of specific thoughts and awareness points to help cultivate more peace, joy, and health. Calm stands for CONSCIOUS AWARENESS LIFE MEDITATION
The technique is so simple and needs no effort, only curiosity and child-like playfulness. No jargon, strict rules, uncomfortable sitting positions, or judgements.
Simple and fun ways to meditate that stop the constant chatter in your mind, provide clarity, help you to perform at your best, worry less, heal faster, sleep better, improve relationships, and feel calmer, confident, and content anytime.
MIND CALM is the modern-day meditation technique that proves that the secret to success is stillness. You will stop overthinking, be present, cultivate states of being such as peace and love, and ultimately enjoy peace with your mind.
This meditation is very similar in that it uses the technique “Gently alert attention wide open” (GAAWO), which you can play with by checking out my video below. There are only 3 rules to engaging GAAWO, which are that you have to play with it, you can’t do it later - only now, and you can’t think about doing it.
Mind Calm uses closed or open-eyed practices so you can keep practising whenever you remember. This helps bring you back to the present moment and strengthens your attention muscle to the only moment where life is happening – now.
